Yes, a minimum stay of three nights is required. During peak seasons, such as holidays, minimum stays are 7 days.

For a full deposit refund, less a $150 cancellation fee, we require the following notice prior to the arrival date:

  • April 15 – December 15: 30 days’ notice.
  • December 18 – January 5: 120 days’ notice.
  • December 15 – April 14 (outside of Christmas/New Year): 60 days’ notice.

Cayman is easily accessible with direct flights into Grand Cayman from various cities in the US, the UK, Canada, and Jamaica. There are 116 weekly flight into the Cayman Islands including 42 flights weekly between Miami and Grand Cayman. Nonstop services from Miami is provided my Cayman Airways and American Airlines. Outside of Miami, 8 different airlines fly into Grand Cayman’s Owen Roberts International Airport from the US, Canada, UK and Jamaica. Inter-island flights to Cayman Brac and Little Cayman are also available.

The Renaissance is within walking distance of the new Kimpton Seafire. Both Bacaro and Morgan’s restaurants are just across the Esterly Tibbetts highway in the Cayman Islands Yacht Club and it is only a short 5 minute drive before you are in the heart of everything. We are happy to help direct you when you first arrive on island until you find your way around.

The Cayman Islands Dollar (CI$) is the main currency used in Cayman however US Dollars are also accepted on Island (Note: change is always given in CI$). The exchange rate is fixed at US$1.00 = CI$0.80 or CI$1.00 = US$1.25.

With 30 days notice in the summer (April 16 – Dec 15) or 60 days notice in the Winter and Thanksgiving (Dec 16 – April 15) your deposit is refunded less a $150 cancellation charge. If the cancellation is within the 30/60 days the deposit is forfeited.

Yes, we have 2 elevators for your convenience, one on each end of the building, that go to all 7 floors and the parking garage.

Yes, we have 16 umbrellas on the beach as well as the natural shade provided by the palms and a colourful poinciana tree on the north end of the beach.

Fresh beach towels are provided with daily maid service. Excluding Sundays.

Each villa is equipped with a telephone for making local calls as well as a phone for making free calls to the US or Canada. Free wifi is also provided for your convenience.

The fare to or from the airport depends on the number of persons and luggage pieces. Fares start at US$30.00. There is a taxi dispatch booth located outside the arrival lounge that can assist you with getting transportation to the property.
