Payments:

50% deposit to confirm reservations, full payment is required on reservations made within 30 days of arrival date.

7% Gratuity + 13% Government Tax added to the daily rate.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and changes are subject to a US$150 Administrative fee. The deposit, less this fee, will be refunded once notice to cancel is received: 30 days prior to arrival in the summer bookings (16 April – 15 December), 60 days prior to arrival in the winter bookings (16 December – 15 April), 120 days prior to arrival for Christmas Bookings (18 December – 5 January) and 60 days prior to arrival for Thanksgiving Bookings (20 November – 1 December).

*Bookings cancelled within the cancellation period will forfeit 50% of room rate plus $150 Administrative fee.
